a) Booking Process

•Deposit required: A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.

•Balance payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

c) Cancellation Policy

•Up to 30 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.

•Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: Refund of 50% of the total booking amount.

•Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund.

 

If La Clef des Îles cancels the booking, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative solution will be offered.
