4. Booking Conditions
a) Booking Process

b) Payment
•Deposit required: A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
•Balance payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
•Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on the site.
c) Cancellation Policy
•Up to 30 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
•Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: Refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
•Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund.
If La Clef des Îles cancels the booking, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative solution will be offered.
5. Obligations of the Parties

6. Prices and Fees
The prices listed on the website are in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Additional fees, such as concierge services or local taxes, will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
7. Liability
